ABOUT
CRUSH & BRUSH CLEANING

OUR STORY

Crush and Brush began as a solo effort to supplement my own income, but it quickly transformed into something far greater. After managing a remote team of five incredible women for over seven years, I saw firsthand the challenges they faced when forced to choose between work and their families. When my previous company required full-time in-office work on short notice, I had to watch these amazing single mothers, with no support system, leave jobs they excelled at.

That experience ignited a new purpose for my business: to provide flexible, reliable work for individuals—especially single parents—seeking income without sacrificing their families' needs. I’m committed to creating a work environment that values adaptability and empowers people to thrive.

"Your mess is our stress," and together, we’re not just cleaning spaces -we’re building brighter futures for families.

OUR
VALUES

We're committed to creating a work environment that values adaptability and empowers people to thrive. Our company values are rooted in:
  • Hard-work

  • Respect

A WORD FROM THE OWNER

I’m Madeline Millross, the owner of Crush and Brush. I came from a background that didn’t offer the best setup for success, but I worked my way up in the corporate world from a young age, eventually making a great living. However, I realized I wanted to do more after witnessing how companies failed to take care of their hardest-working, lower-level employees—especially working parents and single mothers.

Throughout my career, I managed incredible women who gave their all at work while juggling families, yet they were let go simply because their jobs offered no flexibility or accommodations. These were some of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals, and it sparked my passion to grow Crush and Brush—a business I started as a side hustle but expanded to provide flexible work opportunities and steady income for those who deserve to be recognized.
